EXOTIC FLAVOURS / THAI CUISINE – 01 October 2018


Asian cuisine became popular last years. This year I planned 4 workshops with a new group. We started with Thai cuisine. Thai cuisine has light dishes with a spicy edge.

Spring rolls, yellow curry, green curry with tofu & asian eggplants, jasmine cake, etc. etc.

 It’s just the beginning of new texture, colors and taste experience. Use of new ingredients with medicinal benefits, as well as good flavors make our workshop more interesting …
