I explore different cuisines and learn, taste how to create/recreate authentic recipes at home. I’d been experimenting with Indian cookery for some time and want to share these recipes in my workshops.
I must admit, I had doubts when I offer Indian cuisine for my yearly program.
I made myself ready with different kind of small dishes during the info evening and I had a lot of attention which I was not expecting !
Indian cuisine in Holland is not popular as much as in Britain… I was wrong !
End of the info evening my workshops what I planned for 3 Mondays were full. I planned a second date and that was in no time also full.
