Our workshop started with new herbs/herbs combination like Garam Masala. We made our Garam Masala Punjabi style.

We made our Mango chutney to take home but during the preparation time everyone had chance to taste homemade tomato and mango chutney’s.

We made our besan crackers to eat with chutney’s.

Papadums – dried lentil wafers -are delicious, spicy Indian crackers/snack that is served either as an appetizer or with a main meal. We made our papadums appetizer.

We made a classic lamb spinach curry; creamy and rich with yoghurt  served with saffron pilaf.

Moong Dal Barfi/Burfi; a richly-textured mixture of moong dal paste and crumbled mava is cooked in sugar syrup. Moong Dal is a health Indian comfort food prepared from yellow split lentil and looks appetizing and tastes fabulous.
