Onion pakora & sweet tamarind chutney is an other classic combo of Indian Cuisine.

During the Indian workshops, we used home made or ready to use Ghee products. Ghee, also referred to as clarified butter, is a good alternative to cooking oil and is often used in India & Middle Eastern dishes. It is very fragrant and has a rich nutty taste.

Yellow lentil curry and coconut fish curry were stars of the evening ! They are served with lemon pilaf.

As a last recipe, we made my own masala chai recipe. I love this comforting, slightly spicy tea, especially on cold days .

It’s delicious after dinner !

Everyone got masala chai tea in their doggy bag !
