Sicilian cuisine has a lot in common with Italian cuisine, but also has Spanish, Greek, Arab and North African influences.

 

Some of the deelnemers of North African cuisine workshop, participate in Sicilian cuisine workshop. They can see the connection with two workshop and hopefully they come to Middle Eastern cuisine workshop too in March… then their journey is complete !
