BBQ fusion – NURAY’s cook club VI / 21 June 2018

I’m so happy that summer is here but,  BBQ workshop is our last workshop this season with my cook club.  That is why I gave extra attention to choose, combine the different recipes.

 

It’s time to enjoy outside and BBQ with friends and the family. We started with;

A glass of cold lemonade welcome drink and afterwards  we had a chilled cucumber & cress soup for hot summer days.

 

I have chosen 3 kind of marinade/topping for 3 kind of meat which I make all the time in our BBQ parties;

 

  • Carabian style grilled shrimp/calamari skewers
  • Cod in foil with tarragon
  • Grilled Bavet with Coffee & soy sauce marinade
  •  

 They are so easy and have amazing flavors… serve them next to salad or grilled vegetables.
