INDIAN CUISINE – NURAY’S cook club III

My cook club came together third time for Indian cuisine 

Indian cuisine uses the whole palette of flavors—spicy, sour, sweet, and hot all at the same time.

. There are a basic 15 to 20 spices that are used in some of the dishes; turmeric, green/black cardamom, cumin, coriander, folie and many more… Every spice has a reason for being there!
