My club’s IV th workshop is Moroccan Cuisine. All the club members of mine, including me love Moroccan food.

This weekend is Easter. I’ve had this Easter-Moroccan inspired brunch/dinner in my head for weeks now. I ‘ve been researching, cooking and adapting many recipes.
Here are some colorful, delicious recipes; lamb tagine & couscous, fresh seafood and vegetarian dishes.
Moroccans have a serious sweet tooth like me ! Basboesa is a great example.
