Beginning of 2017 I was thinking of having my own cooking club !
Who like to share same dream with me?
During my workshops I did put out feelers with my regular participants who followed me sinds 2012 when I started my workshops.
After receiving very positive reactions, I rolled up my sleeves and started to plan the details.
Plan & set standards. I sent an e-mail to potential members whether they like to idea of cooking with a group of people who gather on a regular basis to explore a familiar/unfamiliar cuisine.
At the same time I got in touch with professional kitchens for rent to see their size, equipment offerings, price and location. I made a choice and sent 2nd e-mail to people who liked the idea of cooking together. This mail had the definite details like price, how often and where. We reached immediately number of 14 particitants!
Keeping the friendly price per workshop, 2 more participant were needed but within no time, NURAY’s cooking club was established.
Get together. I organized an introduction day for all participants to meet before summer holiday to decided what and how in my house on 06 th of july 2017. It was a fantastic summer day in Schaft with delicious home made appetizers, snacks, lemonade and glass of cold chardonay !
It helped the club members to feel comfortable.

I knew 14 members via my previous workshops but for more detailed info I decided to make a small survey which helps to select most wanted theme/cuisine or want to learn more about wine or their allergies, etc. etc. Talking about the survey details allowed time for the goup to click too !
My Dexter gave extra attention to my club memebers while I was busy in the kitchen.
End of the evening we all knew which cuisine, which date, etc… and my real work started.
Next day I prepaired an e-mail with the contents of the day before and sent to all club members & the kitchen management to make the reservation of our workshop dates final.
