INCREDIBLE INDIA / van den HURK – Eersel – 23 November 2018

I give each year  mini workshops for the client of  van den Hurk .  This year our theme was Incredible India.  

We made chickpeas bread, onion pakora with sweet tamarind saus and ananas raita with the  morning group.

Vegetarian curry with kardemom pilaf, banana raita and coconut burfi are made with afternoon group.

Cooking with the regular clints  of van den Hurk with homey atmosphere is always pleasure !
